The 25th Annual General Meeting of Micro Industries Development Assistance and Services (MIDAS) was held on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at MIDAS Head Office in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. The Members of the Company along with Dr. A. S. M. Mashi-ur-Rahman, Managing Director attended the meeting and Ms. Parveen Mahmud, FCA, Chairman, MIDAS Board was in the chair. Chairman thanked Board of Directors, Team MIDAS, Development Partners, for helping and guiding MIDAS for the achievement of its brilliant 35th anniversary in consultancy and development arena.
The Directors’ Report and the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year 2016-2017 were adopted in the Meeting. The following Members were present in the 25th AGM- Ms. Rokia A. Rahman, Mr. S. M. Al-Husainy, Mr. Shaikh A. Halim, Major General (Retd.) Mahabbat Jan Chowdhury, Mr. Bazlur Rahman Khan, Ms. Sabina Alam, Mr. Abdul Karim, Mr. Ghulam Rahman, Mr. M Hafizuddin Khan and Ms. Zahida Ispahani.
