The 27th Annual General Meeting of Micro Industries Development Assistance and Services (MIDAS) was held on Saturday, December 07, 2019 at MIDAS Head Office in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. The Members of the Company along with Dr. A. S. M. Mashi-ur-Rahman, Managing Director attended the meeting and Mr. Anjan Chowdhury, Chairman, MIDAS Board was in the chair.
The Directors’ Report, the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year 2018-2019 were adopted, appointment of the auditors for the year 2019-20 and election of the members of the board were held in the Meeting. The following Members- Ms. Rokia A. Rahman, Mr. S. M. Al-Husainy, Ms. Parveen Mahmud, Ms. Sabina Alam, Mr. Bazlur Rahman Khan, Mr. Abdul Karim, Ms. Zahida Ispahani, Mr. M. Hafizuddin Khan, Mr. Ali Imam Majumder and Dr. S. M. Akbar were also present in the AGM.
