Engr. Mohammad Hossain, Director General, Power Cell, Power Division Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and Dr.A.S.M.Mashi-ur-Rahman, Managing Director of MIDAS (Micro Industries Development Assistance and Services), signed an agreement on behalf of their respective organizations on Monday, 27th March 2017. Under the agreement, MIDAS will conduct a “Baseline Survey for Global Multi-tier Measurement for Access to Energy” digitally first time in Bangladesh, funded by World Bank.
