MS. ZAHIDA ISPAHANI

Ms. Zahida Ispahani is one of the prominent faces in the sector of social activities at national level. She is the Chairperson of A. B. Ispahani Securities Limited. Ms. Ispahani is Director of M. M. Ispahani Limited, Ispahani Tea Limited, ISPI Securities Limited, The Free School Street Property Limited, ISPI Travels Limited and The Financial Express. She is the Member, Management Commitiee of Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute Hospital and Member, Board of Governors, UCEP. Ms. Zahida Ispahani was Independent Director to the Board of BRAC Bank Limited in August 2012. She was the Member of Executive Commitiee of Ispahani Girls School College. She started her career as an educationist. She had also served in the field of women’s development through her dynamic vision. She served as a Secretary for six years at United Nations Women’s Association in Bangladesh. She was the Founder Secretary and President for two terms at the SAARC Women Association in Bangladesh. She is the spouse of Late Mr. Mirza Ali Behrouze Ispahani, the Chairperson of the conglomerate, M.M. Ispahani Group and Former Director of MIDAS Board. She had been a Philanthropist through serving in several orphanages and Social and Community trusts and organisations. Ms. Zahida Ispahani is a graduate in Economics from University of Punjab, Pakistan.
