Mr. M. Khairul Bashar holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, and a postgraduate diploma with distinction from the Maastricht School of Management, Maastricht University, the Netherlands. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), accredited by the International Council for Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), Zurich, Switzerland, since 2021.

With over 25 years of extensive experience, Mr. Bashar has established himself as an expert in private sector development, project management, technology transfer, financial and economic modeling, human resource development, market research, and entrepreneurship development. His consulting career spans a wide array of multifaceted projects, working in collaboration with international organizations, government agencies, development partners, and corporate entities.
